1st appointments are 1-1/4hr. After that, you may choose any length you'd like. Please call me to book this one. The first appointment will give us time to review your Health History form together, assess your needs and get you on the table.
Making an appointment means YOU HAVE READ + AGREE to the policies below:
CANCELLATION | NO SHOWS
The "24 Hour Policy": you agree to give 24 hours notice (M-F: 9-5) or pay 50% of session value. No shows pay full price and must pay prior to or at next session. My practice is limited in hours/day by the physical demands of this work and my practice cannot absorb missed appointments. Thank you for your understanding that the time commitment to your appointment is mutual.
LATE ARRIVALS | LAST MINUTE SHORTENING OF SESSION
If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time. You are still responsible to pay for the time you booked. Our New England weather is feisty, road work inevitable and traffic is getting heavier, so please allow extra time and be careful when traveling to get here.
LEGAL/INSURANCE MATTERS:
While I am happy to work with you on injuries due to accidents, I do not participate in pending legal or insurance proceedings, eg, receipts for client reimbursement from auto insurance companies, defendants, attorneys, court proceedings, etc.
